Cobb EMC co-op members have another court ruling in favor of electing board members. The case was filed after the Cobb EMC board changed the bylaws following a 2008 settlement agreement. FACE is a grassroots organization based in Washington County, Georgia. It was organized in 2008 by local residents who oppose a proposed 850 megawatt coal fired power plant.
